An endless list of web pages with unclear information and unclear phone calls. That is how the Belastingdienst communicates with their so-called customers. Due to multiple sources which all give slightly different information, the solution of an error becomes a long search.
This poster originated from personal problems with the Belastingdienst and is a reflection on the current system.
